Tampa, FL (October 17, 2024) The Westshore Group has secured $117 million in construction financing through S3 Capital Partners, paving the way for Phase 1 of AQUA at Westshore Yacht Club. The seventeen-story tower will feature 77 waterfront condominium residences in Tampa Bay, Florida, with construction already underway.
“Securing the construction loan on the heels of back-to-back hurricanes in Tampa was no easy feat,” said Carlos Avila, Director of Marketing for AQUA, who added, “ This loan highlights the continued desirability of Tampa Bay and the fact that in difficult weather circumstances, nothing compares to the peace of mind that a new, elevated condominium residence offers.”
Notably, while many areas faced challenges during Hurricane Helene & Milton, the Westshore Yacht Club community remained largely unaffected, further highlighting the desirability of this exceptional location. The luxury residences boast expansive floorplans that are some of the largest in the Tampa Bay area and have private elevators offering the privacy and security of single-family living.
