Once you have this app on your device, you can be in front of a property locate the home in your device's viewer and snap a picture to get all the details for any listed home. This is extremely helpful to home buyers! Homesnap is updated every few minutes and it is connected to our Showingtime feature, making it easier to set up showings of homes you want to see.

Customer portal has lots of property details including an automated property valuation feature (AVM). AVM's are not perfect but they give you a ballpark of your or any home's value. You can search nationwide. Remine is currently offering a FREE soft pull (won't hurt your credit score) credit score when you sign up. So take advantage of that now.

You won't need to download an app to run it so it might be easiest for the low tech user.

I love this easy to use portal which includes builder incentives. You do know not to visit model homes without an agent don't you? Model home salespersons work for the builder. There are so many advantages to going with your own buyer's agent. Our team provides closing cost assistance on new construction home purchases. Call for details. Our buyer agent fees are paid at closing and are paid by the Builder from the sales transaction (the house). If you will need or want closing costs assistance this is the way to go!
I use all the above search tools and like them all! They are interactive with me but no other agents will call you. Unlike Zillow and some other search portals, the above searches are not for advertising purposes. Active listings will be current and actually available for sale (unless they already have multiple offers awaiting seller acceptance of one of them).
